Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Associates to join our retail team. Sales Associates play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting day-to-day operations. This position will be located at our new store in Burbank Town Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
• Operate the POS (point of sale) system to process transactions accurately
• Restock merchandise and ensure shelves/displays are neat, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back stockroom
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and unpacking shipments
• Support merchandising efforts, including setting up new displays and promotional signage
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchases
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including counting the register and securing the store

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
