Booster box was not sent as a sealed box but as 10 loose packs. Not sure if that’s a common occurrence for them to do it this way but it was unfortunate to find out since I cannot be sure if they were resealed now.

We completely understand your concern, and you’re absolutely right to expect a sealed booster box when that’s what you ordered.
This was an unfortunate and isolated incident—our booster boxes are typically shipped sealed. In this case, we had opened the box with the original plan to sell the packs individually, but once your full box order came in, we sent all ten packs from that same box to fulfill it. We apologize for the confusion this may have caused.
Please rest assured that the packs were not resealed. We are a reputable business and take product integrity very seriously—this is absolutely not something we would ever do to our customers.
